Switchboard manager view can't see calls of other groups anymore

Hello

We recently updated 3cx for Windows Client to the latest Version 14.0.49169. We also use the latest Version of the phone System 14 Sp3.
Unfortunatelly we can no longer see calls going to other Groups, or establilshed calls of other Group members in the active calls area of the switchboard.
We have a few smaller teams in branch Offices and People at the head Office should really see calls of other Groups. This was possible in earlier Versions of 14, but now we don't see These calls any more, even if we are mananger and have all rights activated.

How can we get back to a Situation where see call of / to other Groups in the switchboard again?

We found a solution to this: Everyone who has to see other Groups calls, has to join the other Group with *can see Group members, can see Group calls" rights only.
This is a Little awkward but it works.
