Is it possible to set the front desk's web client's switchboard to show all active calls for the company?

Thank you, Craig. I had thought about that as well, so I set up a Company group, put all the extensions in there, and made the front desk staff managers; however, they still can't see active calls in the switchboard.

Maybe it's because "Publish group information to all members" is unticked?

Hi Frank,

Do you have the options " show presence to group member" & Show calls to group "members" checked?

Yes, and I've also enabled "Publish group information to all members."
Still, the switchboard does not show list of active callers.

Do you have multiple groups configured or is this a single group?

Mulitple groups.

Are all extension visible in presence?

Not sure what you mean. All extensions are visible in the web client to the managers of the group.

Since all extensions are visible to the managers then all calls should be visible as well. Are there any specific call scenarios that do not appear in the switchboard? For example calls to queues or direct calls to extensions?

None of the active calls appear in the managers' switchboards.

Open the switchboard and go to settings on the top right of the screen and make sure that all groups are selected under the option "Show Presence of". Also check all boxes under the "Call Filter" menu

Under (web client) Settings > Switchboard > Call Filter, all the boxes are checked.
Under (web client) Switchboard, I don't see Settings on the top right of the screen.

Under (web client) Settings > Switchboard > Call Filter, all the boxes are checked.

I was looking at a 3CX client for windows but the settings are the same on the webclient.
Do you have users that can actually see active calls? Also are the managers members of multiple groups or a single group?

We can only see our own active calls.
The four managers are members of two groups; one of them is the Default one that includes all users.

Can you provide a screenshot of an extensions Rights page from a member of the default group that has user rights and one showing the managers rights? Make sure the Group and all rights are included in the screenshot.

Under Default Group > Group Rights > Manager Rights (and User Rights as well), I disabled and reenabled the option "show calls to group members" and the calls now appear in the switchboard.

Thank you so much for your help.

Glad to see the issue has been resolved and thank you updating the thread with your solution.
