Hey guys,
This isn't a major issue but I searched and didn't find anything related. Is your switchboard inverting the caller/callee fields for certain external calls? I was looking at my switchboard and it happened in front of me:
External call came in, went through IVR and then transfered to a user. User picks up (internal phone, not cellphone) the caller/calee fields swap, so my user became the caller. About 5mins later, they swapped back to normal.
I noticed this only happens in the switchboard, the active call window in the admin console doesn't see this behavior.
Still on 15.5/Debian9 install.
