Switching between Mobile Client and android cell phone call

Sales person is using the mobile client on android phone. He says that if he is on a mobile client call and gets a cell phone call, he can hold the 3cx caller, answer the cell phone call, but can not resume the 3cx call.

Is he missing something?

Hi @expatel,

This is expected behaviour as GSM takes priority over 3CX Calls.

What you could try is to toggle the 3CX Telecom API on / off by opening the 3CX Mobile Client >> Settings >> Advanced >> Car/Bluetooth support (Telecom API).

This might work, but difficult at best if he is driving. Additionally, if the cell phone call is complete and the caller has hung up, he still can not resume the 3cx call.

Toggling the option isn't on a per-call basis. Once toggled you can simply test the scenario.

What version of the mobile client and what version of the mobile OS are you running?

Can you provide some additional info.

1. Make and model of your phone.
2. The version of the phone's OS and the 3CX App
3. How are you making these calls? Is it a standard call being received on the phone or is this via a bluetooth device?
