I'm looking at moving off my old server and take 3cx off my plate. If I go hosted do I still manage the admin console MAC work or is that done by a partner? The company has 200 phones and 25 locations across the US and looking to grow. I'm not wanting to manage servers anymore so it's one less thing to worry about.

1) Is the move easy from onprem to hosted?
2) Can I keep my yealinks T46 phones?
3) Who am I paying each month?

Hi @Toddalex2000,

As i can see, your license key is purchased with more than 24 simultaneous calls. 3CX can only host instances with maximum of 24 simultaneous calls.

3CX hosting is not a fit for you. It's unclear if you just want it off your server, or if you don't want to manage 3CX at all. If you just wanted it off your server you should move it to AWS/Azure/GCP. T46G phones are supported for both STUN and SBC. Not sure how they are configured now but yes you can continue to use your phones although you may need to factory reset/reconfigure.

If you want to divest all 3CX maintenance or then yes you'd want to work with a partner.
