Hello, the problem is that 3cx is installed on a PC, Android and IP phone, when they call and you reject the call, the call on other devices still continues and even if you reject the call, it is forwarded to the mobile number.

Hello, this is sip forking. When you have multiple extensions registered on different devices, you will have to reject on all endpoints.

Say i have a desk phone and mobile app and a call comes in.

Both endpoints ring and i reject it on the mobile app. My ext is still available and ringing on my deskphone. Until I reject that one too or the timer is reached for DNA then the call will continue to ring.

I want that if I reject a call on one device, it will be rejected on all and not redirected to a mobile number

the redirecting to a mobile number will be how you've configured the call to handle when destination no answer is performed.
