Sync Presence from Soft client to handset

Hi,

Is it possible when changing your presence status in the PWA for that to auto sync with a Yealink T54W handset, so when colleague are look at their own handsets they can see that a user is on DND for example?

This is a frequently asked question, I'm afraid this is not possible.

The BLFs on the phones show call state (not 3CX Status), so you can see only the following: Idle / Ringing / In call

Yes correct.. Only your own device not from any one else.
