Sync Yealink Config with 3CX

Hello,

Is there any way that anyone knows of to sync the Yealink configuration (specifically speed dials and BLFs) with 3CX. We have users that add them manually to their phones and if we ever have to give them a new phone, when we provision it, they aren't there because we didn't know they were added manually.

Any suggestions would be great.

Beyond a custom generic template for all your customers I would doubt this would be possible.

One thing you could do (if your users are all using the same BLF's or as close too) is when you select an extension to edit multi-select holding down the ctrl button, you can at least save time when re-provisioning.

BLF's with 3CX should be configured through the 3CX management console and not through the phone web page. You can give a user access to edit their extension properties only in the management console so that they can manage their own BLFs.

if you have Pro license, endusers can configure blf keys via 3CX application.

The keys will be updated when the phone reprovisions, which is every 24hrs.
