Users often set their DND on the Phone, then come in the next day and chage to Available via MyPhone since it pops up on their screen. When users call them, calls get diverted since the handset is still in DND. Is there any way that when they do this the phone could be notified and remove itself from DND Mode?
I'm guessing no since MyPhone may not know where the physical device is... but it would be nice if the phone could poll 3cx every so often and update status.
We are using Yealink T38 - Feature Key Synchronisation is an option in the Phone Setup but it doesn't seem to do anything and has no polling time. It says "Enable/Disable DND,Fwd Synchronization Feature". I think this feature is for Broadsoft.
