we have users (support) that need to be able to make changes to all users, including managers of groups.
i have made support users systems admin level in the default group assuming that they would be able to see everyone in the default group who has lower permissions (manager, user)
unfortunately, system admin level does not appear to let support users see extensions who are managers of other groups, even though the extensions are also part of default group.
i can't imagine that i have to add these users to every group and give them system admin permissions for each of those groups (we have ~ 100 groups).
please shame me and tell me that i am missing something simple.
support users have "manage all extensions" and "phone system admin" rights
