System going to after hours at wrong time

The past couple days my system has gone into after hours mode 3 hours before the time that is set. It's worked for a couple months without issues and now I'm having issues. I have a dial code I used to get it corrected but that's not a long term fix of course.

Silly question, the server clock is correct ?

Timezone is correct under Settings -> Timezone & Office Hours

I have it set to PST and the logs are all stamped correctly. I changed it to another and changed it back thinking a setting just got stuck.

I think I just fixed it. The Windows server had changed it's timezone to Eastern. I don't know how that happened.
