I am running an old version of 3CX (10.0.22686.2297) in a large residence. All has been working fine for many years now. I installed a new router and decided, rather than require 3CX alone to deal with hacking, I'd set up the firewall to drop all packets except from my VOIP provider. In the course of doing this, I discovered that the times noted in the Server Activity and Server Event logs are off by 12 hours. That is, they show am for pm.
I have searched everywhere for a system time setting for 3CX and can find nothing. The Polycom phones I use are individually set to the local time, as is the host computer for the 3CX system, and all read correctly. The setting under Phone Provisioning shows the correct time zone (which is Hawaii).
Any ideas?

Hi,

In the V10 Windows Management Console, under

Settings -> Advanced -> Custom Parameters

If you put in the Filter

time

Do all the Time Zone's look correct?

Well, I'm not sure; I've pasted the result below. The results I'd question are 1) in the "Difference from UTC in seconds - Used for Polycom phones" where the result is "GMT-10:00 (US Hawaiian Time)". I would have thought the answer would have been "0" for seconds and 2) "Difference from UTC in minutes" where the result I would have thought should have been 600 (UTC-10 hours) for minutes.

As a trial, I changed the setting for "Difference from UTC in seconds - Used for Polycom phones" to -600 and the setting "Difference from UTC in minutes" to 0. Then I restarted all services. The log times now seem to be corrrect.

Thanks for the tip!
