System Prompts

Hi,

How can I change the default prompts in the 3CX system v15.5?
We have been using prompts that were made by us in the previous versions. How can I change the prompts to the ones we have with us?

Create custom prompt set -- copy existing one, modify the prompts you like, then set this prompt set as active. You may need to restart 3CX services or at least media server in order 3CX to load new prompts.
