Can (System Status) be brought back from Version 18 to V20? It is very helpful. At just a glance you know exactly what your PBX is doing and if your under resourced.

Another Feature that was very helpful is the (Send Welcome Email ) Lots of users are asking for credentials Clicking the (Send Welcome Email ) was certainly the most efficient way to provide users credentials.

Another Feature that was very helpful is the (Send Welcome Email ) Lots of users are asking for credentials Clicking the (Send Welcome Email ) was certainly the most efficient way to provide users credentials.

They can now use the "Forgot password" link to recover their account - no need for you to do / send them anything, just as long as they know the email listed in their account.

They also get an email automatically if you use the reset password button to change the password on their account.

Welcome emails should happen automatically when an account is created.

Though I read that resets phones and apps now in v20. So, the admin who knows their email can "forgot password" for them.
