I have been looking through the default template for T33G and have been unable to find a command for the hands-free volume within it. I have found on documentation, and when applying this manually that the voice.handfree.spk_vol = 15 is what I am looking for, however, when copying the template and adding this in line, it does not appear to work.
We try not to adapt the templates for obvious reasons (and it's not technically supported by 3cx) however, the site is having a particular issue when using the paging option for emergencies and users have turned their phones down. We need them to reset each night back to the default max volume.
I was wondering if anyone had come across something similar or has any suggestions?
