T43U Router Phone will not provision

Hi everyone,

We have a fresh V18 instance we have setup a customer with. We are trying to setup a T43U as a router phone. In this order we have done/tried the following.
Updated the firmware from 3CX to version 108.86.0.76
Added the phone via web client as a router phone
Restarted device, provisioning file was made, RPS was requested.
Phone clearly takes provisioning file
Device shows no service.
Restarted, no service.
Removed from 3CX
Restored Phone
Downloaded fresh firmware from 3CX
Uploaded firmware
Added back to 3CX restarted device
Still no service.

What version of 3CX are you on? Must be v18 update 8 for this to work I believe. I assume you are on that as you managed to select the T43U as a router phone?

Yes sorry should have mentioned that, V18 B8 its a fresh instance just setup.

Have you checked whether the public ip of the phone is blacklisted?

I was one step ahead on that one and whitelisted it

The router phone will need to contact the PBX through https port for the provisioning only and for the registration it will use the tunnel port 5090. Have you checked your local network?

Yes we also the PBX is reachable from the local network EXTERNALIP:5090 when tested.

Nothing its super odd,
Provisioning file for MAC PhoneMAC of user 100 requested by IP ADDRESS was successfully generated

and

RPS request for Yealink (MAChoneMAC) IP Phone of User 1 (100) delivered successfully

This might require further investigation. I would suggest that you create a ticket to the Technical Support to proceed further.
