T46G No Shared Parking BLF Update

3CX Cloud v12 SP6
3CX Raspberry Pi Session Border Controller v1.0.0.35707

Shared Parking SP0 and SP1 and configured on a Yealink T46G behind a Raspberry Pi SBC. The actual Shared Parking function works fine, but the BLF LCD on screen button displays doesn't. It always shows a green handset and a red X. It never lights up, changes icons or colors to indicate there's a call on Shared Park.

Hi there, we just tested it and could not reproduce issue, SP lighted as expected when call got parked from another phone.
Are you using default template and are you on latest supported firmware on the yealink : 28.71.0.224 ?

I've noticed this same problem when using the cloud server, at a remote site using the 3cx SBC BLF's and Shared Park button do not report the status. If I set all of the phones as remote extensions and take the Border Controller out, everything starts working again. Any thoughts or help would be appreciated.

Hi repa,
Can you confirm that :
- SBC is up-to-date (and any other package aswell if raspberry)
- Phone System is up-to-date
- phone firmware is the latest supported cf Phones page / Update firmware popup.
