T46s Call park

As above, just make sure the required phones in the same group have the same shared parking locations

You can specify the number of shared parking locations - Settings - Call Parking Settings (max is 50)

Parking via 0/1 is NOT the same as Shared Parking. Please see : https://www.3cx.com/blog/docs/call-parking/

Normally, if you are using 3CX phone templates, choosing a BLF as Shared Park should do the trick. It will be configured automatically on provision.

Change your BLF keys with 3CX management console to shared parking as per info in

When you want to park the call, you press the required BLF key - this will park the call. To pickup the call you just press the correct blf key on another phone.

T46s, problem is loads of BLF have been already set not to mention logos and user pictures, SO don't want to use auto provision as it will wipe out these settings.

Hi, added the call to sp1 worked but then trying to pick up the call says "not found?"
This is for the original phone, if another extension pickup up then it works.

Hi James,

Ignore that post, it's regarding an old version. Try adding it from the management console and reprovisioning the phone, it will show you SP1 for example and you can test the functionality immediately to see what I mean:

- If you park a call, then both you and your colleagues can pick it up from that Shared parking spot.

- A Shared Parking BLF will show you whether there is a call in it by turning the LED red on the T46

As for these, if you set them via the management console they will not be lost, and you can also rearrange them accordingly. This is the correct and automatic way to do it.

Hi, but the logo's on the phones will be lost, unless i have the enterprise license.

Do what I did : copy the default template as a custom one, and only change the wallpaper in it. This way, you have the dial plan/BLF working without loosing the wallpaper.

Be aware that when in need of support, you'll need to reprovision with the official template.

@JohnS_3CX Are there plans to change the licensing on the wallpaper feature? I just feel like Pro and even Paid Standard should have this feature too. Not just Enterprise. Most of my custom templates are simply for the wallpaper or the Grandstream weather. That's all. Free licenses could be blocked to use 3CX logo, which is alright.
