T46S : can't tranfer calls after firmware upgrade

Sorry for the duplicate post, but the previous one was closed and no solution was given : https://www.3cx.com/community/threads/calls-drop-on-transfer.64933/

I have this problem : with firmware 66.84.0.35, the call is dropped when we try to transfer it to another extension. With another T46S, but firmware 66.83.0.20, it's working fine. Ironically, the later is officialy unsupported with 3CX v16.0.1.273.

Everything is local, and nothing has changed except for the upgrade of the firmware. Sure I could downgrade and I will try it, but I would prefer solving this. Any suggestions ?

Can you try a capture in verbose mode to check what is happening when the transfer comes ?

How are you trying to transfer the call? Are you using blind or attended transfer? Are you using a BLF key or manually dialling the number?
Are the phones provisioned with the default template?
