There is an issue with this firmware on these phones that will not let you push the voicemail button after picking up the handset. So say you pickup the handset and hear dial tone and then push the voicemail(message button) it does nothing. I have confirmed with default templates and multiple 3CX version 16 update 2 installations that this is the case. Is 3CX aware of this?
