Can you provision Intercom from 3cx BLF section? I manually set 3 intercom keys on the phone and now all of a sudden today they were missing...logged into the phone and had to set it back to intercom because it was set to N/A...

Can you provision Intercom from 3cx BLF section? I manually set 3 intercom keys on the phone and now all of a sudden today they were missing...logged into the phone and had to set it back to intercom because it was set to N/A...

Set them as custom speed dials in the BLF section of the user. Otherwise, any custom ones made on the phone directly will get overwriten every 24h during reprovisioning.
