Solved T54W SBC is up but extension wont register

Hi all

I have this phone where the SBC is up, phones behind it connected but the extension on the SBC phone will not register.

any ideas?

nothing in blacklist.

Hi,

As it does need to be asked, latest firmware? PBX version? Anything in the PBX logs? Is the extension trying to connect and failing, or not trying at all?

In the distant past I recall one client where the router phone was not set to use itself as its SBC…but I’m not sure that’s possible anymore in v20. (I’m not near where I can check)

Is the Account1 outbound proxy address set to the IP of the phone?

Hello Alphabetic,

The only option that does come to mind.... delete IP phone from the 3CX account, re-add the IP phone again as SBC.
Factory reset the IP phone, and hope it does all work perfectly.
