T57w DND Button

hi,

latest V18.8.939 Build when pressing DND button on T57W the mode icon is shown on the phone but it rings again...
does anyone have the same issue?

This is not supported yet, that could be the problem. 96.86.0.76 is the newest supported firmware.

With this firmware the DND key isnt working with 3cx like you find out.

but why its not red underlined in the phone tab?

Can you please open a support ticket through our partner portal support section? We need to gain access to your 3cx machine in order to remove this unsupported firmware so you can then download the correct firmware to update the phones.
