Hi,

Im having issues provisioning a T57w as a router phone. I can provision it normally without issue via SBC or local but when try an add it to the admin console as a router phone i get a message saying its on Yealink RPS. I've contacted Yealnk but not heard back. Is there anyway round this?
Many Thanks

If it's on RPS already because it's been added via the 3CX installation, it expires in 2 weeks (gets removed)
OR
3CX can delete it from their RPS console manually

If it's on RPS already because it's been added manually by someone (for example, some companies like myself have RPS access), then it stays until deleted.

Yealink may or may not be able to delete it, otherwise I would reach out to whomever added it. I think anyone with RPS can delete entries, but I don't know for sure.

Good afternoon,

Thank you for getting back to me, ill probably have to wait until the two weeks is up then and give it another go... In the mean time im guessing that if I reprovision the phone through SBC it won't affect the RPS?

Thanks
Ricky

You should still be able to provision it, you just have to manually put the provision path into the phone and tell it to reprovision.

If it has been added by a 3rd party in the past (ie. not by 3CX) you will have to contact Yealink to ask to have it removed.

Otherwise 3CX cannot auto-provision it, and the phone may try to contact the URL that Yealink's RPS sends (which I assume is not something you would want).
