So I applied the T58 config for the phone and it took the registration fine. My problem right now is that when using the phone none of the software seems to be populating the screen. I cant see what im dialing, I cant see the ongoing call and apparently the Mute and redial buttons dont work either. Should I use a different template for this phone or is it not fully operable yet with 3CX. I am working with 3CX 16.0.4

Tried to force update it to YeaLinks higher end firmware, no luck 3CX drops it back down to its approved one. I tried an earlier firmware and worked and 3CX didnt attempt to change it but the problem still persists where I can't see my calls on the screen of the phone itself. Tried tampering with the settings of the phone itself but it doesnt change regardless of what happens besides the BLF.

This is due to n issue with the current firmware, I assume its the camera trying to activate. You can turn this OFF in the webportal on the phone.
Another option is to manually update the template to have it off, but i find it easier to just upgrade to the new yealink released non-supported firmware. They disable the Video causing this if no camera is detected.

Link to where to download the firmware: http://support.yealink.com/documentFront/forwardToDocumentDetailPage?documentId=270

Use the IP to connect to the phone and upload the firmware in there. It should resolve this issue.

Edit:
Firmware & Release Notes
T58-58.84.0.15.rom

Hey thanks for that bit of information but I keep trying to load that rom but my phone will start back up and revert back to the other firmware. How can I prevent this?

Is anyone aware of documentation regarding turning off the camera for this phone?
