We have 54 T58A Phones, at 3 sites. After the V18 Release 2 Update and the latest firmware, anytime you put them into a Shared Parking Space You can not pick the call up again, unless the receiving end selects No to a Invite to Video Call. If they select Yes the Call Disconnects after a few seconds of dead air.
I saw another post from 3cx say this was due to the recent Yealink Firmware Release and you have to make a custom template and there are no plans to ever fix this as its not a bug. I disagree and think this is entirely a bug. I can't imagine hit yes to a video call ending a call being intentional nor can i imagine not being able to pick up a call from shared parking because your phone doesn't have a camera.
The work around I found was to login the desk phones one by one manually disabling Video Calling all together.
I did try disabling Video Calling on the SIP Trunk itself and this had no affect on the issue.
V16 and Version early versions of V18 did not have this issue, so I assume its something in the latest release. In the V18 Release 1 I had the same firmware and no issues with that.
