T58W - second/2nd digit not dialing

Strange issue. On T58W phones with 3CX, the second digit doesn't always dial. For example, say the user wants to call "847xxxxxxx" the operator can pick the handset up and dial and the 8 will register, but not the 4. Or, if the user wants to dial 319xxxxxxx, the 3 will register, but the 1 will not. Eventually it works, but I'm seeing this on more than one device. Firmware is current as far as 3CX is concerned. Has anyone else seen this?

Hi Doug,

I've noticed that sometimes when the phones are idle (screensaver mode) they might miss a digit when you first "wake" them up by dialling. Is this the case for your phones?

It could also be related to how large the phonebook is, since they look up the digits you're dialing.
Perhaps this is a future improvement for Yealink to look into. You might want to drop them a line and see if they have some feedback.
