When using tapi cliet through 3cx assistant, by hotkey caal can't be made when non-numerical characters are used.
We use "-"for deviding country code, area code and number. A telephone number looks like this: 0031-77-2356879.
When we mark this number and use hotkey to make a call it doesn't work. Removing the "-" solves this.
Is it possible to setup 3cx tapi to ignore non-numerical characters in phonenumber?
