TAPI integration Windows 10

We have an application that starts a call in the following way:
The file "TAPI32.DLL" is used making the request "tapiRequestMakeCall".

I did install the latest version of the 3CX Windows Client. But every time the Windows Dailer is started.

Is there a way to solve this?

Installing Multi-Line TAPI did solve the issue.

Is there a way to hide the Windows Dialer popup when calling?
