Target for endpoint can not be built!

Hello,

I created a new outbound rule, with a redirection to an external number in format: +43XXXXXX.

Now when i call this DID, i get the message that the person is not reachable, in Log i see the message: Target for endpoint can not be built

Whats my problem here?

I have only one outbound rule: DEFAULT.

The error you get means that the outbound rule(s) you have configured do not match the criteria of the number you are trying to dial or transfer a call to. The outbound rule in your screenshot does not have any prefix. Can you try to add a prefix and see if that helps? For example add the country code in the prefix field (+43).
