TATA Communications trunk - 3CX officially shows in "Add SIP trunk" dropdown

I already set up 3CX PBX to AWS cloud but Since Amazon Chime SIP trunk not available for INDIA, looking for a way around. I see TATA communication SIP trunk shown under the worldwide option while selecting the "add SIP trunk" in 3CX dashboard, any idea of how to contact TATA communication for SIP trunk service ? (I called Tata Commutation customer support, they have no clue of SIP Trunk)

Or any alternatives / suggestions to get cloud hosted 3CX compatible SIP trunk service provider in INDIA ?

Looking for Y`all valuable inputs please.

The TATA SIP Trunk product that was tested was the "Global SIP Connect". As far as I can remember, this product was not available in the Indian market.

So to conclude, for now 3CX (on cloud) cannot be used in INDIA market at all (linking to SIP trunk), correct ? since no 3CX compatible SIP trunk service provider available in INDIA.

Right now we don't have a certified provider that operates in India.

You could try using a non-certified provider, however the support 3CX could give you in configuring this would be very limited.
"Not certified" means that we haven't tested it and we can't help with the configuration, not that it won't work.

We do though recommend using a Certified SIP Trunk when possible.

In your case I would highly recommend getting in touch with a 3CX Partner that operates in India to help you set things up as I am sure they have the know-how:
