3CX is not really built to handle taxation from the billing / reporting perspective.

There may some 3rd party apps which can help facilitate call reporting into something else which can handle that for you.. not clear off hand "which" or "where".. but I have seen other apps which make things happen. You may be able to grab the calls from the db and perhaps integrate directly.. but none is built in for the task which you are asking about.
