TCP Connection

Is there a way to use TCP instead of UDP to increase battery life? A standby test was done on XDA and they found the phone only received 15 hours with UDP and 150 hours with TCP.

3CX does not support SIP over TCP yet. Could you point to this test, I want to see what they did.
