TcxBinLogRd error message

Hello,

I installed 3cx phone system on windows 2012 and in the windows management console I am receiving an error that says "Could not load file or assembly 'TcxBinLogRd'" When I click on the "Server Activity Log" in the console. Once I get this error then I have to close the console to be able to click on anything else in the console.

Any idea's on how I can get this error fixed?

I have same issue with 3cxBinLogViewer.exe v15 I downloaded from 3CX site. When I try to open 3cx server logs, getting same exception. Tried log viewer on Win7 and Win10.
And file TcxBinLogRd.dll is present in folder where I started Log viewer (come in same archive)
