Hey all,
If the setting "Automatically switch to Available during office hours" is enabled for a user with specific office hours, and the Teams Presence integration is enabled, which one takes priority?

Thanks

Each event is a trigger point. That is, whenever a signal comes either from the PBX itself or Teams, the user's state flips to that signal.

Correct me if I misunderstood your answer, but is the following then correct:

1. Workday starts -> 3CX triggers the user to Available status
2. User goes into a Teams meeting -> TEAMS triggers the user to Do Not Disturb status (assuming that this is set in the Teams Presence mapping)
3. User ends Teams meeting -> TEAMS triggers the user to Available status

Does this sound how the system should behave?

Yes, with those three triggers that would be the expected status changes.
