Hello YiannishHi @azertykat
The guide specifically mentions to add the private IP address of the gateway as a registrar. And the Telenet trunk is IP based so no registration is needed so you will not see any registration attempts.
You say that you have no sync but what does that mean? Are inbound calls failing, are outbound calls failing? What is the issue exactly?
You say Telenet provided you with 2 sets of IPs for the gateway. Are those IPs in the private IP address of your network? If so then adding the private IP address of the gateway as your registrar should work without issues. If the IP Address is on a different IP range then you might need to add a second NIC on your 3CX server and create static routes so that all SIP traffic is channeled correctly.
I recommend checking the provider side to see if they can send other formats. They might be sending it "as is" right now.Hi Jochen,
I connected a 3CX today to a Telenet SIP trunk.
The problem I have is the incoming numbers are not correctly displayed in the 3CX client.
All numbers are displayed without leading zero for Belgian numbers and 00 for international numbers.
For example 012123456 appears as 12123456.
I already experimented with caller ID reformatting, but I can't get it sorted out.
Any ideas?
Thanks,
Jos
