telnyx sms problem

I was forced to change my dedicated ip addresses by comcast business. I can make and receive phone calls and send txt to a number from the 3cx desktop but can not receive txt. What could I have missed?

Please find our guide regarding the configuration of the SMS with Telnyx to see if you have missed something: https://www.3cx.com/docs/sip-trunk/telnyx/

Keep in mind though that Telnyx is not a supported provider and you must contact Telnyx when you are experiencing issues.

You can also check if there is another ongoing conversation from the same number. If so, mark is as Dealt with and try again.
