We request please consider including the Colombia region as part of the Region Templates for Cisco phone templates supported by 3CX; in order to be able to use them efficiently in our country. At the moment with what is provided we have the problem of hourly compensation, since the GMT -05:00 zone is enabled with hourly compensation, and Colombia, like other countries on the Equatorial line, do not use this feature.
The template as such does NOT have the time zone of Colombia, that is, GMT -05:00 without DST, therefore, before each modification, it is necessary to update the template.
Custom templates have the drawback that they freeze over time and become inefficient in the face of new modifications, so the correct way to solve the novelty is to include in them the corresponding required configuration, like this:
