Hello, I couldn't figure out how to add chat templates to agents. Any help?

I have just been trying to figure that out as well.
First make sure you have "manager" rights for the group
then under the chat in your desktop client go to a chat and down the bottom click on this icon to the right of the chat "say something" bar

then you will get a +add category option.
