Solved Termination of 3CX Hosted Instances

Hi All,

I need to terminate / delete a couple of 3CX hosted instances so that I can re-home to AWS. Is there a way I can do this within the partner portal?

Previously I've had to contact support for this but I now have to pay for support instances. Any advice would be much appreciated!

I'm hoping / assuming this will also release the domain so a backup can be spun-up in AWS. Will give that a go now.

Hello @jetpigeon,

Yes this is how you stop/delete your Hosted instance.
Please remember to download a full backup of the Hosted machine before proceeding if you want to restore it.

This will not Release your FQDN.
If you are going to use the same FQDN in AWS you don't have to release it.
