Test 3CX account suddenly wont accept login anymore?

I setup a text 3CX account on Amazon and its been working great up till now. But when I tried to logon it said I had used too many login attempts and that my pasword was wrong despite working in the past. Is there something I can do to either reset the password or get access?

Your IP has been blacklisted - try logging in from another device or location and you can try again.

I think chances are that the browser you tried with previously had remembered some other credentials and may of auto-inputted them. From the new device try using Google incognito mode to login.
