What firewall / router

I have linksys Velop WHW03 v2 i am not using a firewall device i open the ports in my router by ip forwarding

Hi @Mike-2408

You can troubleshoot the issue based on the firewall checker guide here. There is dedicated section on how SIP ALG is tested so you can check your self and confirm.

I have tried to understand this article however i am not an expert and i didnt understand what should be done

You need to disable ALG on the router,

Has nothing to do with your WIFI setup.

In that case I would suggest contacting a partner that can assist you with the configuration and troubleshooting.

Also although its best to sort the firewall out to avoid future issues, if you are not experiencing any other issues at the moment you could just leave it as is.

it is disabled but still showing that issue

My Main Problem is the sound quality is not okay, I get complaints about it.

Could that be the problem?

Most probably not. Usually sound quality issues come down to codecs, bandwidth or limited PBX resources.
