The 3CX Web Client is easy to use and combines all the features you need to efficiently communicate, collaborate and connect with colleagues, partners and customers, straight from your browser or from the native Windows and macOS desktop app.

This guide contains all you need to know to get you started, such as:
  • Logging on to the Web Client, installing the PWA or downloading the Desktop App.
  • Starting a call including in call functions
  • Managing your status and queues
  • Chatting with colleagues and customers
  • Starting a video conference
Read the guide.

How do I post a new thread, the forum is asking for a System, but offers no options for what would be a valid system....
You need to specify which of your systems this thread belongs to.

Thanks for that, but what if my query is a more generic and not specific to one of my (many) installations...

Seems strange to need to specify which installation I am using, but then again, I have found many things 3CX to be illogical.

If you are referring to not being able to see the option to install the PWA from the webclient under the Apps section, then you need to check and ensure that the webclient is accessed with the FQDN and not the IP address.

The ability to forward a VM message from both the web and mobile app.Only being able to do this through the DTMF menu is very annoying.
