also solved it need the port of the apache server that is default http://your_server:5481 to use the assistant from external network u have to forward the outside port to your server through your router.

it is a TCP/IP forwarding

To be honest we had not tested if the Call Assistant works from outside the network.... We just knew it should work in theory.
