You can try to override livechat styles, but this is not clear way to do this.
Anyway, update with mobile markup is on the way.

Hello,
i have a solution if you want to change the the size of the chat window. I can't use css because the size of the window is hardcoded in the javascript file. I recommend that you make a backup before you change the js file.

You need to have access to the Filesystem of your WP.

wp-content/plugins/wp-live-chat-support/public/js/

here is a file callus.js (Make Backup)

This file you need to modify.
The standard window has a size of 509px. So i started a search with 509 and changed every entry that had something todo with a window size. Keep in mind to change the minimum size entry too.

After you re uploaded the modified file you have to strg+reload the page to see the changes

Major Drawback: When you update the plug, the changes you made are gone. In the public folder of the plugin is a css folder and a css file. The css file is basicly empty. Maybe you could make a own js file include it in the callus.js file.
Use variables in the callus.js file. In you're own js file you set the variables to the sizes you need.
