There is a bunch of issues with debian-sa1 around cache and memory. Do you have the correct physical requirements for this server?

As @fgc92210 mentioned, first thing to check is if the 3CX Host is up to par in regards to resources. Check if it's compliant with our hardware requirements here: https://www.3cx.com/docs/recommended-hardware-specifications-for-3cx/

Regardless of whether it's compliant or not, do make sure to check the resources usage. Does everything seem normal?

To ensure that this is not happening due to misconfiguration of the PBX, it might be a good idea to run a Call Report for the times right before the crashes occurred and check if you can see any weird call flow activity such as call loops.

In addition:

- Is this a physical machine or a VM? If a VM, on what Hypervisor are you running it on?

- Was this instance deployed using the 3CX ISO? Do you happen to have any 3rd party packages installed on this machine?

I think I m fine with memory and hardware, it s a physical Intel NUC builded with 3cx Iso without 3rd party

i ll monitor this next days

If the culprit of the issue is not something obvious and you cannot figure out what it might be I would strongly recommend you consider upgrading to 3CX V18. The upgrade will not only update 3CX from v16 to v18 but will also upgrade the OS from Debian 9 to Debian 10. Combined with the OS upgrade 3CX v18 takes also addresses system resource optimization and stability.

Note: Do make sure to take a full backup and move it away from the machine before proceeding. It also goes without saying that you should undertake this task during out of office hours as down time is inevitable.
