Hi all,

I did an install on the portal with AWS but v20 has this weird thing were it seems I am unable to reset teh admin users password from the management console and i managed to lock myself out on a fresh install

I decided to not waste time and re-install an instance but got this issue during a fresh install. How can I reset this to do the install again

Did you delete the previous instance?

YES I deleted all my instances in AWS

Okay just incase anyone else has this issue in the future... The error doesn't explain it well but I think it is related to Elastic IP limits in AWS.

I just saw that I had several Elastic IPs in AWS and just disassociated them and released the unused ones and tried the install again and it seems to work now
