The method or operation is not implemented when uploading setupconfig.xml file

Hello,

I have created a setupconfig.xml file with all the configurations needed to bring up the 3cx. But whenever I use the file to upload in the web interface, I get this error.
"The method or operation is not implemented" . I don't see any errors in my xml file and the create a new install option also works when doing manually. The error is not specific so unable to find out the exact problem.

Can someone please help on it?

Thank you for your reply. I tried again and I was able to load. Not sure why it reported that when I tried multiple times.

But the main problem is in the below page, its mentioned that if we keep the setupconfig.xml file in /etc/3cxpbx location in the server, then while installing it should automatically configure the 3CX system.

Though I have this in my server but after installing its still taking me to the page where either I need to do a new Install or Backup or Upload the setup configuration file. Any reason for not taking this file and configuring the system?

OS am using is Debian.

The command line wizard will automatically pick up the file from the directory.

Yes, That's what my expectation too. Though its picking up the file in /etc/3cxpbx location after I run the installation, but the web UI is still asking me to configure the same. If its picking up and processing it, then it should have configured 3CX and take me directly to the configured UI when I hit the URL but its not.

Can you please try in your linux machine and see what you get in the web UI after the installation is done?

I've tested this with a setupconfig.xml on my side and can confirm it works. There must be something incorrectly configured in your file. If you'd like me to check, feel free to PM me the file. If not, feel free to check the log files in /var/lib/3cxpbx/Data/Logs
