Solved The SBC installed is newer than the version you are installing.

If you have UPGRADED the SBC from within the 3CX Management Console you can not Modify the Settings or Remove the SBC from the machine.
You get the "SBC installed is newer than the version you are installing" Error.
You can not run the Uninstall SBC in Control Panel > Programs and Features Either. It does not Uninstall anything, with or without Services Running.

Please Help or provide an installer with the equal version.

What version of Windows are you using?

Have you tried downloading our latest installer and running it on top of the old one?

I have had this happen twice, on two separate machines - Both running Windows 10 with the 2004 Update. Each time, I downloaded the SBC Installer right off the 3CX Website.

This is simple... I need a way to uninstall the SBC.
The Unistaller does not work and the Installer won't run to the remove screen based on versioning.

As per our conversation, the uninstallation proceeded normally and we reinstalled the stable SBC version back on the machine.
