Hi all

I'm facing an issue on one of the 3CX systems we manage. This is a system with a custom FQDN.
In the 3cxmanagementconsole.log file I see the following error :

System.Net.Http.HttpRequestException: The SSL connection could not be established, see inner exception.
---> System.Security.Authentication.AuthenticationException: The remote certificate is invalid because of errors in the certificate chain: NotTimeValid

Certificate is still valid.
I'm setting up the M365 integration but I'm facing issues with that. I believe it's related to this message.
I already replaced the certificate but that didn't resolve the issue.

If I check from the debian host to reach login.microsoft.com I'm getting an 200 OK message.

We are accessing 3CX on poort 5001. There're no firewall restrictions on this port.

Any ideas?

Kindly follow the steps below and let us know if the issue is still there:

• Create a full backup of the PBX and keep it in a safe location for security reasons.
• Connect via an SSH terminal; search for the following.

/var/lib/3cxpbx/.dotnet/corefx/cryptography/x509stores/ca

• Delete or move any .pfx certificates that are found under this location.
• Then check the M365 integration and let us know.

Nice, that fixed it. Thanks!
